Tonight, our students are putting on a special outreach service called One Night Only. Here is one of the dramas they will be doing. It is called The Heart Skit and was done this past Sunday morning.
What is One Night Only all about anyway? A few months back, our students expressed a strong desire to reach out to their friends and other students in a creative, non-traditional way. Instead of just coming to youth service on Wednesday nights, why not do something out of the box? One Night Only was born, and for two months our students worked very hard to put together a night where the Gospel could be presented in a fun, creative, and easy-to-relate way for their friends. One Night Only is all about one night to hear about Christ, one chance to accept Him, and one choice to choose or reject Him.
One Night Only is completely student-led and student-driven. They recognize this night is not about them, how well they sing or act, but about God's glory. It is about glorifying the Lord who can be glorified even greater if others make a choice to accept Him as their Savior. So if you have some time tonight, or have a teenager at home, come on out to One Night Only. We promise you won't leave the same.
